POOL TOWELS & SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Please take a moment to review the following information.
PICK-UP AND RETURN
- Items are available for collection exclusively from the Info Centre.
- A pre-authorised deposit on a physical credit or debit card is required when requesting pool towels and/or sports equipment for the first time.
- The pre-authorised amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, provided all towels and/or sports equipment are returned in good condition.
- Please return all items to the Info Centre during opening hours or, when the Info Centre is closed, to Reception.
Please note that deposit pre-authorisations can only be processed using a physical credit or debit card. Virtual cards and alternative payment methods are not accepted.
A list of applicable charges for lost or damaged items is available at the Info Centre.
