• The Pool Towel Cards can be acquired in reception by paying a €20 deposit per Pool Towel Card.
• You can exchange the card for a towel at the Insotel Team Info Centre in Area C.
• You can change your towel every 2 days at the Insotel Team Info Centre
• Before you leave the Resort, return your towel to the Insotel Team Info Centre, where you will be given a Pool Towel Card that you can exchange for the €20 deposit at reception.
