• Pool towel cards can be obtained at Reception by leaving a deposit of €60 per card (this amount also covers the deposit for other services, such as balls, bicycles, tennis rackets, etc...).
• You can exchange the card for a towel at the Insotel Team Info Centre in Area C.
• You can change your towel every 2 days at the Insotel Team Info Centre
• Before you leave the Resort, return your towel to the Insotel Team Info Centre, where you will be given a Pool Towel Card that you can exchange for the €60 deposit previously arranged at reception.
