Located in area C, the completely renovated Insi Club has an entertainment programme with a wide range of activities and games directed by Insotel Team, a great team of professionals accompanied by our mascot. Insi Club is organised by in following age groups.

• Insi Miniclub for children aged 4 to 6.
• Insi Maxiclub for children aged 7 to 12.

• INTERNAL RULES

  ·        While children are engaged in INSI CLUB activities, parents or tutors may not leave the Hotel,

  ·        The INSI CLUB doesn’t admit children unless they are accompanied by parents or tutors.

  ·        Children should wear comfortable clothes, a hat, shoes and sunscreen already applied.

  ·        For water activities, swimming costume must be worn, towel and armbands must be brought.

  ·        If a child does not wish to participate in the scheduled activity, Insi Club will contact the parents to pick up the child.

  ·        Insi Club will not accept children who are not in perfect health.

  ·        Medicine shall not be administered to children under any circumstances

  ·        For a good organisation and satisfaction of the children, it is necessary to strictly respect the starting and ending times of activities at the Insi Club.

  ·        Children may not be picked up more than 5 minutes after the end of the activity. Otherwise, the child will not be able to re-enrol in the Insi Club.

  ·        Inappropriate behaviour by the child will lead to their exclusion from the Insi Club programme.

  ·        Insotel Hotel Group is not responsible for the loss or damage of objects and goods belonging to minors.

  REGISTRATION

  ·        It is essential to fill in and sign the form to register your child for any activity, indicating all the important details to be taken into account. Registration is subject to availability of places. To guarantee the satisfaction of everybody, in Mallorca and Menorca, each child can register for a maximum of 2 activities in the day. 

  ·        The data provided on the form will be deleted when the establishment closes for the end of the season.

  ·        Parents guarantee that the information provided is correct. The person in charge of the department may request an identity document to check the age of the child.  

  ·        We have different groups depending on child age.

  For each group we offer 2 morning activities and 2 afternoon activities.

  ·        GROUPS:   MINI 4-6      *       MAXI 7-12

  ·        OPENING HOURS: 6 days in a week – please check opening times in your Hotel at the INSI CLUB.

• Children attending the Insi Club must be clean. 
• Pick up the toys and put them away. 
• Ask for things politely. 
• Listen, don't interrupt. 
• Do not shout. 
• Discuss conflict situations. 
• Collaborate with your companions. 
• Children may not bring valuables, such as mobile phones, electronic games, watches, bracelets, medals, chains ... 
• Children may not bring food or treats of any kind, or toys or other objects that may be lost, broken or be dangerous or harmful to other children. 
• To promote the children’s freedom in activities carried out with clay, finger paint, plasticine, etc., Insi Club recommends that children come to the centre wearing clothes and shoes that can get dirty. 
• If a child behaves inappropriately or disrupts the group, the Insi Club staff will notify the parents or guardians to take charge of them, which may lead to them being expelled from the centre. 

• If the child is allergic to any food or medicine, they must notify the person in charge of the Insi Club in writing. 
• Insi Club will not administer medication to children, under any circumstances. 
• Insi Club will not admit children with high temperatures or infectious diseases. If, once at Insi Club, the child becomes feverish or feels unwell, the parents or guardians will be asked to pick them up. 
• Many Insi Club activities take place outside, so children wear a hat, a T-shirt and sun protection, and for the water activities they must bring a swimsuit and a towel. 
• Parents or guardians must indicate the children's swimming level when registering for Insi Club water activities. 
• Parents or guardians must remain in the hotel facilities while the children participate in the Insi Club activities. 

The data provided by parents or guardians will be stored in a database whose purpose is limited exclusively to the Insi Club activity. They will not be used for purposes other than those authorized.
